Since 1949, for more than 60-years, Paul has been doing spiritual healing metaphysical work, along with laying-on-of-hands in His Name. When he was 8 years of age, he had his calling: “Ye that believeth on me, the works that I do, will ye do also; and greater works than these shall ye do because I go unto my Father.” Paul’s answer was immediate, sincere, and permanent. “Yes, I choose to follow you!” Along with this experience came many years of preparation, which included class teaching in Christian Science, a good background in the King James Version of the Holy Bible, and wonderful experiences in the Episcopal, Methodist, and Christian Science churches. TidBits

  •  Between yesterday and tomorrow, NOW is the only time we have.
  • When you put yourself in the middle, you end up in a muddle. :-)
  • I find it impossible to measure the worth/value of my own life. Certainly, it's not in my wallet!
  • Then, again, there's another thought about this: Never stop wondering; it's what makes you a human being.
  • Working in our cactus, succulents, and Queen Palm garden is so wonderful. We also have three Japanese maples, one of which is the "Butterfly".
  • My daily 1+-mile walk is fulfilling as well. The "stop and chats" with neighbors brings smiles to everyone.
  • The "Grappler" leads me to trash that needs to be removed from sidewalks, etc. The Earth is the Lord's, and it is not an ashtray or trash bin!
  • "A friend is a person with whom I may be sincere; before him, I may think aloud." Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Daily Wellness Treatment


I listen to the still, small voice of the I AM Truth of my being as I defend myself on a daily basis from aggressive mental suggestions—erroneous thoughts appearing as my own or others’ thoughts about me.
The persistent cries of sensuality, the silent drones of mental apathy and lethargy, the thunderous whisperings of "I want" and "I desire" vies for my attention.
The cataclysmic chase for popularity with people, the penetrating insidiousness of anger, jealousy, envy, deceitfulness, dishonesty, discouragement, of fears, frustrations and failures, constantly threaten me.
However, these cannot and must not be heard by me, for:
I AM Life, an instrument of healing—healthy, whole, and holy.
I AM Love—loving, lovable and loved—representing the ideal Man-Woman of God’s creation.
I AM Soul, endowed with Beauty, Bliss, Joy, Abundance, and Harmony every day and in every way. I lack nothing since I AM and have all good.
I am able to do that for which I was sent without interruptions, without dismay, doubt, or discouragement since I AM Principle.
I AM Mind, God, confident in the fullest expression of my talents—knowing that the job I need needs me.
As I utilize these talents in my behalf, being ever mindful of the needs of others, I then raise up all men, women and children unto me, the I AM Christ-Science consciousness of all being.
Only my Angel Guides and Guardians and the still, small voice of I AM Spirit may enter in to bless me. These bless me in the way that I AM God directs me to go, now and forever, here and everywhere. Amen.
